The majority of orders made in The Darling Tree shop are shipped using Sendle delivery service. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email from this service with details of your tracking number. This email also allows you to contact them if you need to make an enquiry about your parcel. Domestic parcels (within Australia) sent via Sendle are given Authority to Leave. International parcels will be handled according to your local postal service, they may leave the parcel if no one is present or they may leave a notice for its collection.

COVID-19 has greatly impacted the delivery period for international deliveries, current estimated delivery times:
Zone 1 – New Zealand (10-20 working days)
Zone 2 – North America, Western Europe, Asia and the Pacific (21-28 working days)
Zone 3 – Rest of the world (25-30 working days)
Be aware of any issues occurring in your country’s postal system which may cause any delay. Due to the cancellation of many international flights and country-specific restrictions, overseas transit times may be delayed. Some parcels can take up to 3 months.
In the case of any returned or lost parcels, these will be looked into case by case to determine if replacement or repostage is warranted.
For custom artworks and prints, the delivery service may vary and will be shared along with tracking details by email when your order has shipped.
